OI Flow Solution ™ FS3700 Flow Analyzer
The Flow Solution 3700 Automatic Chemical Analyzer (FS3700) is a new generation of automatic chemical analysis instrument designed by OI Company for laboratory analysis. It is efficient, flexible, and easy to use, and can improve the work efficiency of wet chemical analysis.
•Using flow injection analysis (FIA) technology, there is no need to add or remove bubbles, and the analysis speed is fast
•Automatically perform sample pretreatment operations such as online digestion, distillation, and extraction, completely freeing up operators
•Using the principle of spectrophotometry for measurement, some special methods use ion selective electrodes and amperometric detectors for detection
•Depending on the analysis method, 20-90 samples can be analyzed per hour
•XYZ 3D fully automatic sampler, completely controlled by software operation, eliminating manual intervention
•The intuitive FlowView software provides powerful operational control and data analysis capabilities

Plug and play method module and detector
The FS 3700 method module has been carefully designed for easy interchangeability, providing users with greater operational flexibility. While conducting analysis, parameter settings can also be made for other modules.
The FS 3700 can be analyzed using various detectors, including photometric detectors, amperometric detectors, ion selective electrodes, and third-party detectors such as fluorescence and flame photometers, providing users with great flexibility in developing their own analysis methods. The precise detector design greatly improves the signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity. The automatic range extension detector and software design expand the analysis range to four orders of magnitude, minimizing the occurrence of out of range samples and the use of automatic diluents.
FlowView operating software
The intuitive and modular design of the operating software can be used for Windows 32-bit or 64 bit operating systems, providing users with a flexible and streamlined human-computer interaction interface that is simple and easy to use.
•Floating sample sequence editing and correction data display
•Can connect to user LIMS system and customize result report templates according to needs
•Provide new calculation methods such as peak shape detection, baseline processing, and tailing correction to ensure more accurate results
•Each result file contains system settings and method parameter information for easy data tracing
